  • Where do you ship and what are shipping times?
    We ship worldwide. Delivery will automatically apply at check-out. UK Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days. Shipping costs £3-4 but please double check at check-out. International delivery to Europe usually takes 7-8 business days. Shipping costs £6-8 but please double check at check-out. International delivery to the U.S, Australia and ROW usually takes 10-15 business days. Shipping costs £15 but please double check at check-out. We usually use Evri or Royal Mail to handle our delivery. Once the package has been sent out, you should get a tracking link with details of your package. It is not our responsibility once shipping has been arranged to follow up or chase on your parcel, so make sure the correct delivery address is added to your order.
  • How are import taxes and duties handled?
    For international orders, we try to minimise occurrences of unexpected import taxes and duties for buyers to pay. For example, for US orders, there should not be import taxes and duties for any Baggy products. However, sometimes there will be a tax that needs to be paid ahead of your package being sent through to you. The courier should get in contact via the email address you provided with details on how duties can be paid.
  • What if my package is lost or damaged?
    In the rare event that there is damage to your package, or that your package has been lost or stolen, please keep related evidence such as pictures, and reach out to Evri or Royal Mail for compensation by googling "Royal Mail/Evri damaged/lost/stolen package claim". Baggy has paid extra for all packages to be insured in cases of loss or damage. Please understand that it is not Baggy's responsibility for incidents that happen during the delivery process.
  • How can I track my order?
    You should be able to track your order via the link we send you. Get in touch with your order number if you haven't received it. We usually ship with Evri or Royal Mail.
  • Do you accept refunds or exchanges?
    As we are a small business and all items are handmade, we accept exchanges on a case by case basis. If there is a strong reason for a refund, please get in touch and we will consider your case. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your item if you are not happy with it and would like an exchange. You will need to cover the shipping cost back to Baggy, as well as the cost of the second delivery attempt. We will send you a pay link to collect the payment.
  • How do I take care of my Baggy?
    You can handwash your Baggy with soap with warm water. You can also throw it in the wash if you have a denim or canvas baggy, but the bag keeps its shape better if you hand wash it carefully. If you have had your Baggy for a few years and there are stains/damage that you can't seem to get rid of, send us an image on Instagram @Baggy.London and we will try to help you out.
