Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us. As a small business producing items in small batches, every piece is made with care - so our policy permits returns in the form exchanges and store credit. 

Returns

We offer a goodwill returns window of 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns accepted under this goodwill policy will be offered as a store credit or exchange only — no cash refunds will be issued.

Conditions for goodwill returns:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible
  • Proof of purchase is required

Store credit will be issued as a code and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange before sending anything back. If the replacement item is of a higher value, we will ask you to pay the difference. If it is of a lower value, we will issue the balance as store credit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. You are entitled to:

  • A full refund if reported within 30 days of delivery
  • A repair or replacement if reported after 30 days but within 6 months
  • A partial refund may apply after 6 months if a repair or replacement is not possible

We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items.

Return Postage

  • Statutory cancellations and goodwill returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Faulty or incorrect items: We will cover the cost of return postage or arrange collection.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@baggylondon.com before sending anything back, quoting your order number.
  2. We will confirm whether your return is eligible and provide our return address.
  3. Post the item(s) back to us using a tracked delivery service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange within 5 working days.

Sale and Reduced Items

Sale items are eligible for exchange or store credit only, under the same conditions as our goodwill returns policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
