Delivery Addresses

We can only ship to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to amend the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Costs and Refunds

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected service. Once an order has been dispatched, shipping costs are non-refundable, as these have already been paid to our carriers. This applies even where the order itself is later returned or refunded.
